Coconut-Pecan German Chocolate Pie 

Ingredients: – 1 9-inch pie crust, pre-baked and cooled – 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut – 1 cup chopped pecan – 3 large egg – 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1/2 cup evaporated milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chip – Whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.

1. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the granulated sugar, melted butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. 2. Pour the egg mixture over the coconut and pecans, stirring until everything is evenly coated.

1. Spread the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust. 2. Sprinkle the semisweet chocolate chips evenly over the top.

1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the edges are golden brown. 2. Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing. 3. Serve slices with whipped cream if desired.
