Ingredients 1 9-inch unbaked deep-dish pie crust ¾ cup white sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves 2 big eggs (1) 15-ounce can 100% Pure Pumpkin LIBBY'S® 1 12-ounce can Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves in small basin. Lightly beat eggs in large basin. Add pumpkin and sugar-spice. Stir in evaporated milk slowly. Fill pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake until a knife inserted near the middle comes out clean, 40–50 minutes more. Place on a wire rack to cool to room temperature after baking.
Serve cooled pie immediately or refrigerate until ready. Do not freeze—the crust will split from the filling.
